Pilates Studio West offers small class sizes,
personalized attention, knowledgeable instructors.
The certified instructors at Pilates Studio West are committed to teaching the Pilates method of body conditioning in its purest form, with an emphasis on the individual. Small classes taught by experienced instructors allow students to get the most out of their workout.
Strength. Stretch. Control.
These are the three main components of the Pilates method. Through
movements controlled by your abdominal muscles, or powerhouse, Pilates
helps you increase your overall strength and flexibility. At Pilates
Studio West, you will learn to do the exercises with precision and
control. We will also explain how important quality yoga accessories are. You will gain a new awareness of your body as you build
strength, gain flexibilty and improve your posture and alignment.
