Mat Classes
Mat classes last 45 minutes. Maximum class size is 10 people. Introductory sessions meet once a week for six weeks and are required before joining regular classes.

Private Lessons
One-on-one private lessons are tailored to the individual and last approximately 50 minutes. New clients are welcome to schedule a free 30 minute consultation.
